Fill Out An Application

Download an application here or we’ll mail one to you. The application allows Fifth Season to obtain your medical and insurance records to determine whether you qualify for the FLAG program; our process will not affect your credit or FICO score.



Fifth Season Will Quickly Review Your Application

You don’t have to go through the process of getting your records on your own: our team will coordinate with your life insurers and doctors to get the information we need (this typically takes about two weeks). After obtaining all the necessary records, we’ll quickly and confidentially review them and determine your eligibility.



Receive An Offer Letter

If qualified, we’ll send you an offer letter that outlines the FLAG terms, including the advance amount plus all interest and fee details. All costs and fees are paid later out of the insurance policy benefit, so you’ll never pay any cash out-of-pocket.



Receive Your FLAG Funds

Once all FLAG documents are signed and acknowledgements are in place at your life insurance carrier, Fifth Season can generally advance funds to you within 48 hours. Afterwards, you’ll receive monthly statements on your account and the benefit balance – you’ll always be aware of where your remaining insurance benefit stands.
