June  21,  2015 in

Being diagnosed with cancer can cause a lot of stress and anxiety, leaving you feeling alone. But you’re not.  The Dana-Farber Institute held a panel discussion  to discuss anxiety, stress and symptom management when undergoing cancer treatment.  You’ll hear cancer patients, survivors, and bloggers share how they coped emotionally with their cancer diagnoses and share tips for negotiating their own anxiety with that of their caregivers and loved ones.

As you watch the video below, think about the advice you’d share with cancer patients and survivors that are trying to cope with their fears and diagnosis.

Share your advice about what helped you through these tough times in the comments.
