What is a LILOC | LILOC Details | Advantages | Eligibility | The Process | Fine Print | Summary

So how do you qualify for a financial option you didn’t even know you had?

Actually, not everyone with a cancer diagnosis does qualify. For those who presently are in a “treat-to-cure” stage of cancer with a life expectancy exceeding five years, we may be an option that you consider at some point in the future should your condition progress to a level designating eligibility.

If, however, your cancer is beyond treat-to-cure, then our LILOC program may be the financial solution you want to take advantage of now.

It begins with filling out a simple Information Release Form allowing us to conduct a confidential review of your current medical records and to obtain information about your policy from your insurance company.  While your policy is required to be both assignable and incontestable (more than two years old in most instances), it is not required to have a cash value.

No medical examination is necessary.  Nor are you under any obligation whatsoever to accept our proposal of a Fifth Season LILOC at the successful conclusion of the application and qualification process.    Ultimately, it is your choice.

I was gratified to see that every bit of the actual paperwork was as easy
to understand and just as straightforward as your ad and website described. There were  no surprises, except maybe for finding that the people I dealt with on the phone at Fifth
Season were even more caring and helpful than I could ever have expected.
